CUSTOMER CARE

Keep in mind that another girl is letting you borrow their dress free of cost, so it is important to return it in the same condition and be sure to return the dress in the expected time (one week). If something happens to the dress that the dry cleaner or an alteration place cannot fix, then the $20 liability fee will go to the owner with whom you will talk to about if they need more to fix/replace the dress.

Treat the clothes like your own!

FAQ

How do I get the dress?

Meeting at school/picking it up from someone's locker is a quick and easy way to exchange a dress. Just remember to tell us when you do so.

What if the dress doesn't fit or I don't like it?

If okay with the owner, ask if you can try it on at school first. Then if it doesn't work out return is as soon as possible because someone else might want it.

What if a girl returns my dress with a stain/rip?

Please contact us as soon as possible and we will give the $20 to you after informing the renter of the problem.

Whom do I contact for the dress?

The contact information of the owner should be in the description. If not, let us know.

What if there is a rip/stain before I use it?

Notify the owner and us in an email, so that it will not be deducted from your liability fee.
